Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Orders of in stock springs are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding major holidays. Out of stock springs ship within 4-5 weeks.

Once processed your order will be classified as Unfulfilled or fulfilled:

  • Unfulfilled- Your order is out of stock. Please check all your email folders (Spam/Junk) for your confirmation message. If we have a question about your order we will try to call or email you.
     
  • Fulfilled- Your order has been shipped. From this point it will take approximately 5-7 business days to ship.

Delivery

Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground Delivery. "Ground" services takes 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast.

Delivery Time is dependent on availability. Most items will ship within 48 hours, while out of stock items may take as many as several weeks. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
